Wednesday Workshops
Autumn 2014

The following is a list of workshops that are being presented by JMC Internship Coordinator Christine Mahoney. These workshops are designed to answer your questions about internships, e-portfolios, using social media in the job hunt and what you need to know about professional development. Among other benefits:

  • Networking with presenters and other students
  • Obtaining guidance on preparing resumes and cover letters
  • Learn interview skills
  • Get your headshot portraits taken by a professional photographer!
Students, let's be frank.... you need to demonstrate a willingness to invest in yourselves, and thus, invest in your future careers. Commitment, attitude, accountability are all virtues and they are desirable to employers. While you're in school take advantage of the resources offered to you. Make the time to attend at least one of these workshops.
